WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS

Below is a list of our ingredients. We’re committed to keeping things simple and honest. While ingredient names may sound complex due to FDA labeling requirements, rest assured—we carefully select each one with your dog’s health in mind. Our recipes are made with clean, high-quality ingredients you can trust, without the confusion.

Chicken By-Product Meal

Chicken source protein, made up mostly of internal organs such as liver, digestive tract, and kidneys. The intestines are a good source of smooth muscle protein. This ingredient is very digestible and very low in ash.

Corn Protein Meal

The dried residue from corn after the removal of the large part of the starch, gluten and germ in the processes to manufacture corn syrup. It is an excellent low-ash protein source which is highly digestible.

Brown Rice

Whole grain brown rice ground to a powder to help provide a steady supply of energy throughout the day. Source of fiber, carbohydrates and vitamin B.

Barley

Whole grain. Has 50% more protein than rice. Slow burning carbohydrate source, helps control blood sugar levels.

    Empty bowl

Thank you for offering a dog food that our 7 year old rescue, Phoenix will eat! Meals have been challenging with all the liver medications he is on for an accumulation of copper. Clean-plate club once again in our house:)

updated review from several months ago.

Both my girls , Sophie the Great Pyr & Lily the Husky, have been on the Wholesome Chicken for several years now. Sophie had crazy high liver enzyme numbers when we started. Now she tests good every time. My newest addition Benjamin ( another Great Pyr- still a puppy) loves the food as well. Once he outgrows his puppy food he will only be eating the Wholesome chicken - this food has been a true godsend. Sophie is now 10 and a half and i can only pray that i have been given the opportunity to have her around for quite a long time.

thank you for having this "special food" that basically healed my girl.

    Awesome

My dog was recently diagnosed with copper toxicosis. Trying to get her to eat for the past year has been a great hassle. She will be starting meds soon but for the first time in over a year or more she has pretty much eaten every meals. Once the meds are I. Board and being on this food I am. Hoping to see her number drop significantly. It’s amazing how many dogs have copper storage disease. I would have never known about it had I not done the embark DNA and then researched no chelated copper dog foods. My vet had her on the prescription diet for liver and she refused to eat it.

Quality & Tasty Approved by our girls

Our girl Breezy Bell and our grand-dog girl, Ivy City, love their chicken kibble. We love it because we feel the quality is great and the copper free formula helps their well being. Just yesterday Breezy went for an annual checkup and passed with flying colors. The Veterinarian was pleased with the food we are feeding her and said he had heard of Voyager.

    DOGS LOVE THIS FOOD

MY GIRLS BOTH LOVE THIS FOOD AND MY BLACK LAB'S LIVER ENZYMES HAVE GONE DOWN SINCE WE STARTED HER ON THIS. THE REASON WE CHANGED TO THIS FOOD WAS DUE TO HER HEALTH AND IT IS MUCH IMPROVED.

HEALTHY FEEDING GUIDE

FOR THE PERFECT DOG TO VOYAGER RATIO

Too much food can cause loose stools and weight increases that lead to a host of long-term health problems. Too little food can lead to unhealthy weight loss and lack of proper nutrition. Find your dog’s healthy balance by starting with our Dr. Pete, veterinarian-approved recommendations. As your dog stays on the plan, you can watch for signs of over or underfeeding to land on a healthy amount that works just right for your furry friend.
